I'm sure some people have heard about ImprovEverywhere. I'm sure even more have heard about their Frozen NY Grand Central event.
This weekend, KL Malaysia answered the global ImprovEverywhere call properly (after two small-time freeze events that didn't get noticed) by having a massive Freeze KL Pavilion event. A couple of friends and I attended, because we WUV ImprovEverywhere. Huzzah:
There are some are videos up on youtube already, but I chose to put up this one because the camera starts out on the fringes of the freeze and then slowly walks towards the massive collective in the centre, so you can really appreciate the scale of the freeze. Most of the other videos understandably focus on only one section (there were just too many people!) but here's a couple more:
TWO - Another awesome vid looking at the overall effect.
THREE - People frozen on the upper level.
FOUR - From the camera of someone who was frozen on the lower level.
FIVE - One of the first videos to get uploaded to youtube. Unfortunately it takes quite a while to load, but it captures scenes of the centre of the freeze.
SIX - WE MADE THE NEWS! TV3's Bulletin Utama (a more mainstream news show) also mentioned it, but I haven't seen it uploaded on yt yet.
SEVEN - News article, but no pictures.
By the way, I can be seen in the first video, but I'm not gonna tell you which one's me, mwahaha.

1. Take pictures of any seven items from your collection. They can be anything you collect, from action figurines to dirty gym socks.
2. Post the pictures in your journal. You can post them separately, for example, one for each day of the week.
3. Describe the items, i.e. when, where and how you got them, etc..
4. Tag seven people from your friends list. Leave a comment at their journal, informing them that they have been tagged and to check your own journal.
Very recently, and by that I mean in the last year, I started reading chick lit. I didn't get into the genre earlier because quite some time earlier I read some really awful traditional romance novels, and it turned me off the whole literary romance thing. Then by chance I picked up a Little Black Dress and whammo, I'm now a chick lit gal.
( Part 4. In which I am a girly-girl. )
