I had a mini shopping spree in Singapore a few days ago with two girlfriends. I'll upload a few pictures of their Christmas lights when I find my camera cable. Orchard Road's Christmas lights pwn Oxford Street's, even.

Anyway, among the few items I bought while there was a DVD of the uber-rare animated movie The American Rabbit. I used to have it on video but it's long gone missing, so I pounced on it like a kitty would a catnip-filled DVD. Ha! I watched it later and boy, that is one subversive movie. I like how the American Rabbit got his powers, though... "Are you young, smart and fast?" "Err, yes?" "Alrighty then, have some superpowers!" Teehee. It's Region 1 though, so I won't be able to screencap for a while.

Another item I got (from the airport, not Singapore) was a Disney storybook. Fershame. I know those hardbook compilation storybooks are el-cheesy attempts at squeezing money by mixing-and-matching previous publications, but this one had pretty art. I'm such a sucker for pretty art. >_<

Here's a few scans of Jasmine. )
